Our diverse and energetic sales team currently consists of 13 passionate professionals. We are looking for a tech-savvy Inside Sales Agent to join our growth journey and take full ownership of our inbound pipeline!

How you will contribute to our success

From your first day, you will have the space to take initiative, make meaningful contributions, and help drive us forward as a team. As our Inside Sales Agent, you will own the end-to-end sales and consultative lifecycle for our English-speaking trial users:

  • Inbound Conversion & Consultation: Engage with active trial users, assess and understand their specific needs, and recommend the best setup to convert them into paying customers.

  • High-Volume Outreach: Maintain excellent pipeline health by managing structured outreach calls and touchpoints per day via phone and email.

  • Customer Education: Provide outstanding service, help customers navigate our platform, and resolve their issues in a timely, effective manner.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our internal knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles to optimize future sales processes.

Hit & Exceed Goals: Take full ownership of revenue targets including conversion rate and driving Monthly Recurring Revenue.

You will thrive in this role if you

  • Communicate fluently in English – this is your main required language. Professional proficiency or native skills in a second European language like Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Croatian, or Greek is a big plus, but not required!

  • Possess solid experience (at least 2+ years) in a customer-facing position, B2B SaaS sales, or customer operations.

  • Demonstrate a tech-savvy mindset: You love digital tools, learn software quickly, and feel comfortable selling software solutions. Hands-on experience navigating CRM environments (ideally Pipedrive) and telephony apps (Aircall) is a major advantage.

  • Master the art of consultative selling, focusing on customer happiness while keeping extreme ownership of your revenue targets and pipeline metrics.

  • Bring high energy, a positive attitude, honesty, and strong attention to detail to a fast-paced environment.

  • Value working in a sociable, international setting and are based in Berlin, as this is a hybrid role and not fully remote.

  • Maintain extreme ownership of your monthly pipeline, consistently hitting your MRR target and maintaining required trial-to-paying conversion rate.

  • Protect revenue by successfully executing acquisition strategies, preventing host churn, and turning around cancellation requests.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality work aligned with team and company goals while making around 50 proactive outreach touchpoints per day.

  • 100% Inbound Leads: No cold calling! You only speak with warm leads who have already registered for a trial and know our product.

Recruitment Process

  1. 30–45 minute call with our Recruiter, to discuss your motivation and background.

  2. 45-minute interview with your future Hiring Manager, focusing on your sales skills, tech competencies, and pipeline management (includes a brief demonstration of skills).

  3. 30-minute culture fit call with your future team members or stakeholders to ensure mutual alignment.
